Home Call Service
Being a long established family business, we tend to do things a little differently. Although we have a large selection of furniture and carpets at our Sun Street showrooms, we are more than happy to arrange a home visit to discuss your requirements. (within a 25 mile radius from Hitchin). We will be able to bring out samples or brochures for you to browse in the comfort of your own home, at no obligation whatsoever. We pride ourselves in going that little bit further in providing you a good ‘Old Fashioned’ service.

Point of Sale System
We consider our customers first. We have installed a state of the art live Point of Sale system. This will deliver Customer information and order status immediately to all areas of the company dealing with Customer Care and order taking. This gives us the ability to track and trace orders. We can also advise our customers on order status and up to date delivery information.
